Great leaders often possess several key leadership skills. This course offers participants the opportunity to discover new insights from great historical Portuguese leaders, examine key leadership skills, and build upon their own leadership awareness and potential.
Through the command structures, strategies, and methods of communication demonstrated by the historical Portuguese leaders, participants will find relevant examples for today’s leaders in decision-making, team building, and planning strategies for success. The course is designed as an experiential journey across the city and the key historical places/monuments.
Each participant will be given the opportunity to design its own leadership path relating the historic challenges to contemporary workplace issues and setting the ground to be the 21st century educational leader., guiding schools to better learning.
